1. On your devices, please go to "Setting" >> Apps
2. Please choose on the tab "All apps", you will see all list of app in your devices.
3. In lists, please find "Google Service framework"
4. Let's it "Enable", but if it enabled now, please disabled it and return enabled again.


5. Back to Home screen, and Go to Google Play store app. The error RH-01 will be solved.
